3. Procurement
  • Technical review with the Vendors/Sub-Contractors
  • Commercial negotiations with Vendors/Sub-Contractors along Vendor Management
  • Vendor Follow-up for on time delivery

 

4. Project Management

5. Supervision of testing and commissioning of the plant
